Spend two nights in Hwange National Park - one of Southern Africa`s prime game parks, one night in Victoria Falls, one night in the Chobe National Park and three nights in one of the world`s inland deltas the Okavango.. A total wild life adventure package.
On arrival at the Victoria Falls Airport, you will be met by a representative from DK Tour who will transfer you to the Hwange Safari lodge. This is a 200 KM journey which takes about 2 and half hours of safe driving. After check-in you will have a few minutes to relax joining the afternoon game drive at 16H00 which extends well into the night. You will be back into the Hotel at about 20H00 in time for dinner. After breakfast you will be transferred to the Hwange Main Camp for the full day safari. To maximize chances of game encounter we will make use of picnic lunch and sightings for such animals as the elephant, Zebra, hippo, giraffe lion and many more are not uncommon, and during the dry season it will be just a matter of moving from one waterhole to the other and elephants will be seen in their hundreds. We will be back at the hotel around 17H00 for a well-deserved dinner and rest. Read more
We will depart for Victoria Falls in the morning (around 0800hrs after breakfast) to be well in time for the guided tour of the Victoria Falls and the Sunset boat cruise on the Zambezi river. The falls tour takes about 2 hours and will be done as soon as you arrive in Victoria Falls (around 1100hrs) and the cruise will be between 1600hrs at 1900hrs – includes snacks and lots of drinks. Dinner will be at the awards winning Boma Restaurant, and it is served buffet style with lots of traditional entertainment, participatory drumming shows and dancing. Read more
This day we depart Victoria Falls at 0730hrs for a full day Safari in Chobe National park. The trip includes a three hour boat cruise on the Chobe River, lunch at the Chobe Safari Lodge, and another three hours in the Chobe National park in custom made 4X4 safari vehicles and loads of refreshments on the trip. The Chobe National Park plays host to the big four (no rhinos) and loads of other plains game. Read more
After breakfast you will be transferred to the Kasane Airport for the private air transfer to the Oddballs Enclave camp in the Okavango Delta. The camp is only accessible by Air and its one of the few that accepts children below 12 years of age. On arrival you will be assigned a Tour guide who will be in charge of all your activities. It is with this guide that you will have to finalize your activities arrangements with and they are all part of the package. Depart to Maun for the connecting flight to South Africa or to Kasane Airport if flying from the Livingstone International airport in Zambia or the Victoria Falls International Airport (departure times depend on the flight times from Maun LVI or VFA ).
The trip was perfect. We enjoyed the safari and had a chance to see the famous big five. The vehicles were comfortable and the guides were so informative and everything. The guides managed to answer all our question and gave us satisfactory answers.
These guys were so amazing starting from the pick up from the airport up to the end. We really enjoyed the comb package as it included everything form transfers to activities which gave us enough time to enjoy ourselves. Keep it up guys.
