Breakfast at the hotel. Morning departure by road to Monywa for over 3 hours. On the way, stop to see the view on Sagaing Hill, bathed in temples. En route, visit the very atypical temple of Thanboddhay, architectural jewel of the area. The central stupa is richly decorated with no less than 845 small
stupas around it. Inside the pagoda, see thousands of Buddha images decorating the walls, arches and hollows. Arrive in Monywa and transfer to hotel. Then, visit the caves of Phowing Tuang, ancient place of worship containing innumerable Buddha figures and beautiful murals. The caves are excavated on the hill and, according to archaeologists, contain the largest exhibition of the Innwa style being some of the fourteenth century. On the way, stop at some interesting Mines of Cobreen and see how the local people extract the metal in a completely handmade way. Transfer to the hotel. Overnight at hotel.
