Bhaktapur sight seeing and drive to Namobuddha via Dhulikhel (1500m), total activity will be about 4-5 hours. After breakfast, drive to Bhaktapur and sightseeing about 2 hours including Datraya temple Durbar Squar, Golden gate, Nayatapole and the palace of 55 windows. Then drive to Namobuddha (35km/1hrs drive). Along the way you will be stopping at Scenic spot Dhulikhel (1500m) and further drive to Nomobuddha. In the morning enjoy leisurely breakfast with sunrise view over the mountains. Then hike to Balthali village (1650m). Gentle hiking via Eklekhet will take 3 hours/5km. At the beginning slight descend about 1.5 hour from Namobuddha to reach to Eklekhet, which offers the Birds Eye view of green terrace fields and glimpse of Himalayas. Continue further trail until we reach Roshi Khola Bridge and slight up trail (1hour) to reach to Balthali Village. When you reach to Balthali village walk through the villagers, interact with them and observe the local culture, tradition and living style of people. In the afternoon have lunch and opportunity to see the fishing opportunity of villagers. After breakfast, drive Balthali to Bandipur (185km/6hrs). Along the way we will stop in different scenic spots. Up on arrival in Bandipur you have option to stroll around Bandipur village. Overnight at Old In, Bandipur.
In the morning explore the Bandipur village including Bandipur hill top view point which takes about 30minutes then explore the typical village in Bandipur for about 2 hours. Then drive Bandipur to Sarankot (1650m) via Prithvi Highway and Pokhara city (85km/3hours.On the way you will explore the different landscape and scenic spots of Nepali villages. In the morning drive to Sarankot (1700m/5km for spectacular sunrise views. Spend about 1 hour at the top. Then hike to Pokhara along the ridge of Sarankot village exploring the villages, living-style and culture of the local people, which takes about 2-3 hours. You arrive at Fewa Lake and take boat ride for about one hour including visit the island temple ‘Tal Barahi’. Here in Nepal, I like the neighbourhood and friendly people. My wife every day used to go for morning walk and used to tell me the story about the local people, whatever she sees every day. Especially, the guide was most knowledgeable and made it possible and get a sense of not only historical and religious value of some of the places but also some of the other places how the people live over there day to day. The company was able to manage all the services smoothly and made the memorable trip in Kathmandu. Do not be afraid of Earthquake; the government has done very good job, lots of cleaning up and reconstructions are going on. There are many places to go without facing any problems. Feel free to make a trip to Nepal nothing to afraid of and you will feel the completely different and unique.
