Start a day with a pleasant boat tour at Thonburi, the historic heart of Bangkok. Discover the new face of the megalopolis with its stilt houses along the canals, and Thai people going through their daily occupations. Stop to visit Wat Arun, literally "Temple of Dawn" and its immense stupa. Nest visit is to the Royal Palace (Grand Palace), founded by Rama 1, the first king. Together you will also visit Wat Phra Kaew, the Temple of the Emerald Buddha. This magnificent Buddha with the mysterious origin is undoubtedly the most sacred of the country. Finally discover the oldest and most famous temple, Wat Pho which contains reclining Buddha of 15 meters in height and 45 meters long. Wat Pho was also the first university in Thailand. Today you will visit summer palace and the former capital of Thailand. Head towards Ayutthaya, a small city filled with historical sites., It is also UNESCO heritage center. On the way to Ayutthaya, stop at Bang Pa-In, summer palace. You will see some building with different European and Asia Styles. Then head to Ayutthaya and visit Wat Mahathat, and his famous Buddha's head encircled in the branches of a Banyan, the Wat Ratburana, and his Khmer style chedi. Mongkol Bophit and its bronze Buddha. Your guide will purchase as a famous product of Ayutthaya, a sweet dessert called Roti Saima. Have buffet lunch at the restaurant. After lunch, you will check-in at the hotel. In evening, you will go to see the amazing sites of along the river over the long-tailed boat. Departure at 8:00 am then drive to a region full of history on the border of Burma: Kanchanaburi. Visit the famous Kwai River Bridge made by the film bearing its name, then the cemetery of the allies. Board the train to of Tham Krasae, to enjoy the beautiful scenery but also a spectacular passage on a wooden bridge constructed during the Second World War, on the hillside. After you reach to Tham Krasae, take a short visit to a cave where you will find the statue in it. It is just near the stopping at Tham Krasae. Lunch (not included) at a local restaurant of Tham Krasae. Transfer to the pier where the boat will be waiting for you to take you to the hotel. Check-in at your hotel and relax for a short time. Then prepare for the departure by boat to the bamboo rafting which is about 30-minutes. There you will have a pleasant and sporting stroll on the river in a beautiful environment of the jungle.
