Morning, we ride to visit Thien Mu pagoda, one of the oldest ancient architectural structures for religious worship in Hue, then visit the Imperial Citadel. Lunch at local restaurant with Hue specialties. After lunch, stop for a rest at Hè Café. Its owner, Mr. Nguyen Van He, is an artist and a war items collector. You may be curious and interested in learning the history behind his collection of Vietnam War items, such as canteens, zippo lighters, soldier headgears and etc. Then we head to Đầm Chuồn, about 15 kilometres from Hue City and is a part of Tam Giang lagoon system. It is a must-see spot for all those who are scenery lovers and photographers. From Vân Dương Village, we sit on a small motorboat to the lagoon area, take photos of the amazing sunset scenery on the lagoon, and may enjoy some boiled fresh seafood at shrimp farming houses. Today we ride eastward along the city river to Thanh Toàn tile-roofed Bridge in Thanh Toàn village, located about 8 km from Hue city. Here we will enjoy the peaceful scenery of the countryside with farmers working on their tranquil rice fields, talk to friendly local people in the small market and learn more about their daily life. Then we continue ride to Sình painting village, famous for woodblock printed paintings. We will stop to visit one of the family and learn about painting techniques and materials. Morning, tour guide picks guests up from the hotel and take you to the Cua Dai Wharf. Then we take 1-hour boat trip on a traditional Vietnamese boat to Cham Island.
