Arrive in Hanoi, the bustling capital of Vietnam, a fusion of Asian and French influences, and the seat of the Vietnamese Government. Greeting at the airport with driver and transfer to hotel for check-in.
After breakfast, we have a city tour to vitit the Temple of Literature, a famous historical and cultural relic and known as Vietnam’s first university, Hoan Kiem Lake, Ngoc Son Temple, built in the 19th century, dedicated to the god of literature, which is linked with the bank by a beautiful curved bridge called The Huc (morning sunshine). Then visit Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum which was opened on September 2, 1975 and stands on the historical Ba Dinh Square (closed on Monday & Friday), One Pillar Pagoda. Lunch at Cha Ca restaurant for special grilled fish. Afternoon visit the Ethnology Museum (closed on Monday) and Tran Quoc Pagoda. In the evening, take 1-hour pecicab ride around the Old Quarters. Then enjoy the water puppet show, a traditional and unique Vietnamese art. Transfer to train station for the night train to Sapa. Read more
Early morning, arrive in Lao Cai and meet your local tour guide. We take about 1-hour drive up the hill to Sapa. Arrive in Sapa, have breakfast and refresh before take a trek along buffalo paths and trails and through the hills tribe villages of Lao Chai & Ta Van, homes of Black H'mong and Dzay people. This is an absolutely spectacular walk through stunning scenery inhabited by the friendliest local people. After having breakfast in Sapa we go to the Coc Ly Tuesday Market. It takes us 2 hour driving to reach there. This is a small but very colorful market in a mountainous area where the Flower H’mong mainly gathers to exchange their homemade products. After visiting the market we go on a boat on the river with beautiful mountains on both sides. On the way we will have a short trek to Trung Do village (Tay) This is an unique opportunity for you to see the traditional lifestyle of tribal minorities and their costumes and handicrafts. Then we go back to Lao Cai for the night train to Hanoi. Dinner will be arranged at hotel restaurant closed by station - Guide sees you off at Lao Cai railway station and takes you on the train. Arrives Ha Noi early in the morning, there will a be a staff from hotel closed by station to meet you and help you to hotel (you have a room for day used then have Buffet breakfast at hotel here before driving to Ha Long Bay ( a World Heritage site recognized by UNESCO. (170 km from Hanoi 3,5 hour drive) the drive with pass through the countryside & rice paddies. 08:00 Driver will come to pick you up at your hotel & drive to Ha Long City. Enjoy the landscape of the Red River Delta country side. Stopover at Hai Duong province for refreshment about 30 minutes 12:00 Arrive at Tuan Chau island – Take break and welcome drink at Glory Legend Cruise Lounge Transfer to Glory Legend Cruise Welcome drink - receive cruise briefing, safety instructions and check in. Start cruising and explore Halong Bay - one of the New Seven Wonders of Nature. Enjoy a lunch with Vietnamese dishes served while cruising through the bay, passing the most beautiful and quiet areas, such as Incense Burner, Dog Stone Islet, Fighting Cock, Soi Sim beach, Coconut Three Island Visiting Luon cave, the perfect combination of lime-stone mountains and jade-green sea by bamboo boat with local people or kayaking based on your preference. Enjoy quiet space and pure air, you will feel relaxed truly. If you are lucky, you will see monkeys on islands. Visiting the beautiful Ti Top beach for swimming (if the weather permits), Ti Top Beach is especially famous for its fresh atmosphere, clean water, and smooth white sand that create a great ambiance for tourists to relax or passengers can take steps to reach on the top of Ti Top beach to have a whole panorama view of Halong Bay. Back to the boat and free time while sailing to Luon Bo area, and anchor overnight. Option: Massage service available. 06:00 – 08:00 The day starts early onboard with Tai Chi session on the sundeck. Tai chi also called Tai chi, combines deep breathing and relaxation with slow and gentle movements. Coffee, tea and pastries for breakfast are served in the dining room with morning view of bay’s landscape. 08:00- 11:30 Transfer by tender to Sung Sot Cave. Walk up about 100 steps to the cave entrance. It takes approximately 45 minutes for cave visiting. Visit Sung Sot Cave, one of the biggest cave in Halong bay with beautiful stalactites and stalagmites. Return to the boat by tender. Proper shoes are highly recommended. Back to Glory Legend Cruises. Check out and settle your bill at reception. Have a lunch while cruising back to the Tuan Chau Wharf. Relaxing on the sundeck or in the dining room enjoying the bay scenery while approaching the wharf. Disembark to Tuan Chau Wharf. Say good bye to the crew. 12:00 – Transfer back to Ha Noi airport approx. 16:00 – Overnight in Ha Noi. Read more
