ITINERARY
DAY 1
Cusco - Sacred Valley - Ollantaytambo
At your arrival, we will pick you up to begin our ride down to the valley of Urubamba, known as the Sacred Valley of the Incas. Here we start our first visit to the beautiful Pisac Inca Ruins, where during our 2 hours walk we can admire the fine architectural work of the Inca culture. Then we continue our tour to visit the colorful market of Pisac. Our transport will then take us towards the Inca town of Ollantaytambo where we visit the impressive Inca fortress and walk on this ancient typical Inca town. We will overnight in a nice hotel in Ollantaytambo, where the majestic fortress will overlook us. Breakfast included. Read more

DAY 2
Machu Picchu - Aguas Calientes
Breakfast is followed by a transfer to the train station in Ollantaytambo. From here, we start a beautiful train ride towards Aguas Calientes village from where we will be transported (25 minutes bus ride) up to the main entrance of the famous Machu Picchu Inca citadel on a public bus. We begin out guided tour of one of the most impressive citadels of the world. In the late afternoon, by public bus we head back to Aguas Calientes. We will overnight in this nice town of Aguas Calientes where we can enjoy the thermal baths and shop around the city. Breakfast included. Read more

DAY 3
Aguas Calientes - Cusco (no guiding)
This day you have a free morning where you can (on your own) visit Machu Picchu once again (note: new entrance fee to Machu Picchu is not included) or perhaps you can stay in Aguas Calientes to enjoy a walk in the beautiful surroundings, including the Hot Spring Baths. A late afternoon train ride back will lead us to Cusco, Poroy station and from where we will transfer to your hotel in Cusco. Breakfast included. Read more

DAY 4
Cusco City Tour
After breakfast begins our morning walk to visit the Plaza de Armas in Cusco. Then we head to the impressive Korikancha Temple and finally go for a visit to the nearby ruins of Cusco: Sacsayhuaman, Qenko, and Tambo Machay. Free afternoon to enjoy this fun city. Breakfast included.
