Explore together the wonders of the land of the long cloud and make this an unforgettable experience by doing all sorts of activities together!

Auckland

This day will be dedicated to your arrival in the "City of Sails". Auckland is the biggest city in New Zealand and in the Pacific Islands! It is often mistakenly assumed to be the capital of the country (the capital is actually Wellington). You will be transferred to your accommodation and depending on your mood and the time of your arrival, you can have a first look at the city. Read more

Auckland

Today, you will have more time to visit the city. Being the biggest city of the country, Auckland is the business centre of New Zealand. Despite this, there are many things to see and do here, such as visiting Waiheke Island for a tour of the vineyards and to check out some of its numerous beaches, or going on a scenic flight in a seaplane, kayaking to Rangitoto Island, or kiwi spotting! During this third day in the city, you can explore more and see what you didn't have time to earlier, or perhaps check out the outskirts : to the West you will find the Waikatere Ranges for example which are a regional park full of nature and isolated from civilisation, a nice change from the city.

Coromandel

Once you have picked up your rental car, you will leave Auckland to head for Coromandel. This is the favourite holiday destination for Aucklanders, with its lovely coastlines and great beaches. While you are here, you can check out many different places around the peninsula, it takes time though as the roads are quite windy. This is why we always recommend staying at least a couple nights here. Read more

Coromandel

Check out Coromandel Town, In 1852 the discovery of gold at Driving Creek brought a boom to Coromandel town. A lot of history dating from that time is still evident in the town today with the old buildings, antiques and just the general atmosphere. Driving Creek Railway is New Zealand's only narrow-gauge mountain railway along with a working pottery workshop and wild life sanctuary. A fun activity to do with the kids. Cathedral Cove is very popular with tourists and is a good spot for swimming as it’s a marine reserve. There is a walking track (1hr30 return) from the northern end of Hahei Beach, and it’s also possible to walk from the local council car park at the top of the headland between Hahei and Gemstone Bay. You can also get there by boat or kayak. Read more
