Upon arrival your private Mercedes will wait for you outside the airport gate to drive you at the downtown hotel. Rome Tour
This morning you will meet your personal guide at hotel lobby to visit the world’s smallest country and the center of the Catholic World – City of Vatican, continuing your Italy honeymoon tour. Visit the impressive St. Peter’s square and Church, and explore Vatican Museums, the Raffaello’s rooms and the Sistine Chapel. In the afternoon you will continue the Rome tour and learn about Rome’s ancient civilization: from Michelangelo’s Campidoglio, then continue to the Roman Forum, the world's most extensive single site of Roman ruins and the nearby Arch of Septimius Severus, go to the Imperial Forum see the Colonna di Traiano, stroll through the streets to the Roman Colosseum and its underground the most famous symbol of the city and an incredible feat of Roman architecture and engineering. We suggest you a special dinner at the Michelin restaurant “La Pergola” (not included). Overnight in Rome. Optional activity: Today you will discover how the real Italian Gelato is made. Take a tour and class of the oldest Italian ice-cream shops and make your own gelato. You will visit the Roma ice cream makers. Optional activity: bike tour in Rome. Rome Tour
This morning your personal driver will pick you up at the hotel lobby to enjoy a cooking class with market tour, part of your Italy honeymoon tour. You will learn how to cook the best Italian food. The class begins with a visit to Rome’s famous Esquilino market, where you’ll start learning about the rich traditions of Roman food, and select the fresh, seasonal ingredients you’ll be using in the cooking lesson. Then you go in a professional kitchen where, you will learn how to prepare the dishes or pizza making for kids. Lunch included. This afternoon you will meet your personal guide at the cooking school to visit Spanish Steps and continue to Venezia Square - Trevi Fountain - Pantheon and Navona Square. Overnight in Rome. Tuscany Countryside Tour
This morning your personal driver will pick you up at the hotel lobby your reach Tuscany countryside, your next destination from the Italy honeymoon tour. On the way you will visit Civita di Bagnoregio, built on a mountain of tufa rock in a valley that has slowly eroded over the centuries making the city now accessible only by a long and spectacular pedestrian bridge. With only eight yearlong inhabitants the town is a fascinating place to visit. You will stop also in Orvieto, set above the flat valley of the Paglia River. Your personal guide will show you that Orvieto was the most important town of the vast territory of Etruria and boasts many interesting churches and palaces. Tuscany Countryside Tour
Today you will have enjoy a truffle hunting and wine experience in the Tuscany Countryside Tour. Meet up with your “Searching Truffle” an expert Truffle-gatherers of the San Miniato hills, and his inseparable dog, you will lead for a walk in the wood with them. It’s the opportunity to discover this “treasure” hidden in the woods of San Miniato and the dog’s training methods. After the walk, some experts will explain you the working processes and the use of the truffle then a wonderful tasting lunch of Truffles in a real truffle factory, where is possible to understand better why this incredible product of the Earth is called the "White Gold" and taste a wonderful lunch of local food based on truffle ingredients. In the afternoon your driver will transfer you to Chianti area one the most characteristic and intact medieval city in Italy which, from a height of 605 meters above sea level, offers amazing views over the surrounding hillsides. This morning your private driver will lead you to embark on the Florence tour. En route you will enjoy a guided tour of Siena and Pienza. In Siena, you will enjoy a walking tour in the historical center with your professional guide. On this Florence tour, you will see Piazza del Campo with Palazzo Vecchio, which was decorated by the most famous painter of the Sienese school, the Tower of Mangia and the lively and narrow streets surrounded by romantic palaces. You will see the stunning gothic Cathedral, where you’ll enjoy a panoramic view from the Facciatone. After lunch (not included), you will continue to Pienza. Named after Pope Pius II, a fine humanist, who hired the best architects of the time to give birth to buildings and piazzas where symmetry and proportions are so natural, Pienza is considered the perfect Renaissance city. Here you will enjoy a guided tour. The views arriving here and the views from the town itself are unforgettable. Stroll through streets, alleys of the medieval quarter to Palazzo del Bargello (exterior visit only) and Piazza della Signoria, where sculptures beckon. Continue walking along the Medici Chapels and Basilica di S. Lorenzo, church of the once influential Medici Family (exterior view only). Finally arrive at Piazza del Duomo and marvel at the vast Cathedral before stepping inside to admire the interior's intricate Gothic details. You can even climb up Duomo and enjoy a stunning view of the beautiful city view. This morning your personal guide will accompany you to Murano to see how the famous glass making is made along with an expert glass connoisseur who will lead you through the closed doors of a glass master’s private studio.
