Upon your arrival at Rome Fiumicino Airport, your private driver will wait for you outside the airport gate. You will be transferred to your luxury five-star hotel located in the heart of Rome. Enjoy free time at your leisure. We suggest to have dinner (not included) at La Pergola (3 Michelin stars), Il Pagliaccio (2 Michelin stars). Overnight in Rome. Rome - Pienza - Montepulciano
This morning, you will meet your expert driver, he will introduce you to the world of Speed cars; clarify the finer details of the controls, explain the differences between the various models and the engines and most importantly, give guidance on how to handle the F1 paddle-gear shifting behind the steering wheel. Now you can start your unique experience with your Speed car. All luggage will be transported separately from Rome to your hotel in the Tuscany Countryside. VAL D’ORCIA Route: Rome Pienza Montepulciano You will start with a Val d’Orcia Tour. A day to revel in the spectacular panorama offered by this delightful Tuscan valley, known worldwide for its extensive vineyards. Our assistant will lead the tour through a succession of enchanting towns and villages, whose charming appeal encapsulates the very soul of the area. First stop of the Val d’Orcia Tour is Pienza, meant to be the ideal Renaissance town, Pienza comprises such beauties as a white stone cathedral, Palazzo Piccolomini with its fine courtyard, Palazzo Borgia, a graceful Piazza. Enjoy lunch in Pienza (not included). After the Val d’Orcia Tour, head towards Montepulciano, archetypical Tuscan mediaeval town built at the summit of a hill as well and surrounded by walls and fortifications. The place is famous for its Vino Nobile, one of Italy’s major red wines. You will taste this top-class red wine after visiting the cellar of this masterful wine producer. Montalcino Tour - Siena
After the Val d’Orcia Tour adventure, depart in the morning on your Speed car for a Montalcino tour, reached by meandering through the vineyards that provide grapes for the production of the famous Brunello. Here, you will meet your professional guide to enjoy a walking tour of the village. You will visit the historical centre of Montalcino with its fort and the churches of Sant’Agostino and Sant’Egidio. After the Montalcino tour tour, you will drive to a local winery where you will taste this top-class red wine and enjoy lunch. In the afternoon, you will reach Siena. Drive along one of the most scenic roads featured in the original itinerary of the Mille Miglia race Siena, an unspoiled mediaeval city, is the location of the famous Palio, a horse race around the city’s shell-shaped Piazza del Campo. Siena is another historic gems from the Middle Ages. Here, you will enjoy a guided walking tour: you will visit the Town Hall (Palazzo Pubblico) and the Torre dei Mangia (1340), the Cathedral. Tuscany Countryside - Florence Tour
Today, departure by Speed car for the Florence tour. Route: Monteriggioni, Poggibonsi, San Casciano Val di Pesa, Florence, passing through the famous Chianti region vineyards. At your arrival in Florence, check –in in a luxury five-star hotel. You will have a professional guide at your disposal for a Florence tour. Birthplace of the Renaissance, Florence is a jewel in Italy’s crown with architectural treasures literally around every corner. The capital of Tuscany plays host to some of the world’s most beautiful museums and galleries housing works of art by da Vinci, Michelangelo, Giotto and Botticelli. The city of Lorenzo the Magnificent, Dante and Brunelleschi is truly full of magic. After the Florence tour, enjoy the dinner (not included). We suggest to have dinner at Enoteca Pinchiorri (3 Michelin stars), Borgo San Jacopo, Il Palagio (Four Seasons Hotel Firenze). Drive back to your hotel in the Tuscany Countryside. Tuscany Countryside - Bologna - Rome
In the morning, departure by Speed car for Bologna, with a mix of countryside roads and highway Today’s itinerary will include stops in some beautiful locations, among them the Mugello area, world-famous for the Mugello circuit, which hosts the Moto GP Grand Prix of Italy, as well as several car races. Whilst driving, our guests will be able to enjoy outstanding views of mediaeval villages and beautiful natural landscape that offer an overwhelming feast for the eyes. Guests will also be passing by the Passo della Futa, well-known as an important stage of the famous Mille Miglia race that took place in Italy in the 50’s. On route, halt at Passo della Raticosa for a coffee. Taking its legendary fame from the time of the Mille Miglia race, the Futa and Raticosa passes are the kind of roads you dream of if you get behind the wheel of a Ferrari. All luggage will be transported separately from your hotel in Tuscany countryside to your hotel in Rome. In the afternon, a private driver will take you to your hotel in Rome. Pick up in Bologna.
