TUSCANY COUNTRYSIDE – VISIT SIENA – SAN GIMIGNANO - TUSCANY COUNTRYSIDE This morning your personal driver will pick you up at the hotel lobby to visit Siena where you will meet your professional English speaking guide. You will see: Piazza del Campo with Palazzo Vecchio, which was decorated by the most famous painters of the Sienese school. Visit the Tower of Mangia, the Dom, and the lively and narrow streets surrounded by romantic palaces. Your guide will introduce you to the stunning gothic Cathedral, where you’ll enjoy a panoramic view from the Facciatone. In the afternoon you will visit San Gimignano known as the City of Beautiful Towers. It is a classic medieval walled hill town in Tuscany. You can admire its 14 surviving medieval towers that create a beautiful skyline visible from the surrounding countryside. Visit Siena to discover that this historic center is an UNESCO world heritage site for its architecture. You will see the landmark Great Tower - Torre Grossa. SAN MINIATO TOUR - TUSCANY COUNTRYSIDE
Today your personal driver will pick you up at the hotel lobby to enjoy your San Miniato tour - or “Searching Truffle” with an expert Truffle-gatherers of the San Miniato hills, and his inseparable dog, you will lead for a walk in the wood with them. It’s the opportunity to discover this “treasure” hidden in the woods of San Miniato and the dog’s training methods. After the walk, some experts will explain you the working processes and the use of the truffle then a wonderful tasting lunch of Truffles in a real truffle factory, where is possible to understand better why this incredible product of the Earth is called the "White Gold" and taste a wonderful lunch of local food based on truffle ingredients. In the afternoon you will visit an ancient castle where you will visit the ancient cellars with a professional expert. Also on your Miniato tour, enjoy a wine tasting.
