We depart Johannesburg early morning from your place of accommodation and make our way through the Lowveld to the Kruger National Park. A quick stop on route for a late breakfast or lunch (Own Account) is enjoyed before continuing. The route showcases some of South Africa’s finest Lowveld farmlands before arriving at our lodge near the Kruger National Park. Time is spent relaxing at the pool or in your chalet before taking part in an open vehicle sunset game drive. Read more
After an early morning breakfast, we depart and set off on the Panorama route visiting the Gods Window, Bourkes Luck Holes and three Rondawels along the way. Continuing down the Abel Erasmus Pass, we make our way through the samll town of Hoedspruit and into the Balule Private Game Reserve which forms part of the Great Kruger National Park. Arriving at our unfenced lodge late afternoon in time for a sundowner game drive or relax on the lodge deck overlooking the African Bushveld. Read more
Another whole day is enjoyed at the Parsons Hilltop lodge where we can set off after an early morning breakfast in search of the Big 5 and hundreds of African plains game that can be found roaming freely in the Bushveld. For the avid bird watcher, we can call this absolute bliss. Lunch on the deck overlooking the waterhole is enjoyed before a siesta after which we can venture out for another Game Drive. Alternatively, enjoy a dip in the deck pool before dinner is served. Read more
After an early morning breakfast we depart and set off back home. On to Johannesburg we pass through the Panorama route taking stops at the Three Rondawels, Bourkes Luck Holes and Gods Window. We arrive back in Johannesburg late afternoon to be transferred back to your place of accommodation where we bid you farewell. Read more
Our tour guide was superb. He was able to not only help us see the "big 5" African mammals at Krueger, but also provide useful insight into local culture, activities, and cuisine. He suggested some adventurous activities for us to do locally based on our interests, and even helped us get to them
