Arrival and transfer

Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will meet our safari guide who will thereafter transfer you to Nakasongola (Ziwa Rhino sanctuary) via Kampala by road. This is the only place where you will encounter Rhinos in their natural habitats in Uganda. You will have a Rhino tracking experience; here you may also encounter different bird species. Transfer to Kidepo Valley NP

You will start this day with an early morning breakfast and thereafter prepare for a transfer to Kidepo Valley National Park. Commonly referred to as the true African wilderness, this Isolated Park located in the remote north Eastern Uganda is blessed with abundance of wildlife, making it one of the best destinations for safaris. Upon arrival into the park, you will prepare for the sunset game drive in the dry savannah grasslands of Kidepo. Game drive& nature walks

You will start this day with an early morning game drive in the park to meet with early risers and predators as they return to their hideouts. This morning you may encounter large herds of Buffaloes, Elephants, Zebras, Giraffes, Lions, Kobs and many other different animal species. Different bird species may also be spotted during the game drives. Later in the afternoon, you will return for lunch and thereafter proceed for an evening guided nature walk in the park. Here you will get closer to different animal species; you will also have perfect opportunities to take as many pictures as possible. You will start this day with an early morning game drive in the park, looking out for its residents that include lions, Buffaloes, Cheetahs, Zebras, Elephants, Giraffes, kobs and many other different animal species. After your breakfast, you will prepare and checkout of the hotel and prepare for the transfer to Murchison falls National Park, one of the best destinations that will give you a memorable safari experience in Uganda. After breakfast, we will set off for an early morning game drive in the park, looking out for different animal species that reside in the park. This morning you will encounter animal species such as Giraffe, Lions, Elephant, Buffalo and Hartebeest, as well as many of the other animals and bird species that reside in the park. In the afternoon, you will proceed for the bottom of the falls boat cruise at Murchison Falls National Park. At the comfort of your boat, you will encounter many crocodiles, hippos, Elephants and Buffaloes at the water banks as well as other different animals and bird species. You will thereafter proceed for the top of the falls hike; here you will hike up to the point where the Nile River explodes violently forming a very powerful waterfall. You will enjoy the water sprays on your face as well as the vibrant waterfall beneath your feet. Chimpanzee Habituation Exper

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Kanyanchu tourist center for briefing before proceeding into the forest for chimpanzee habituation at 08.00 am. Your ranger guides will thereafter lead you into the forest to meet the chimpanzees. During the habituation experience, you may also encounter over 13 species of primates including the rare L’Hoest, red Colobus monkey, blue monkey, black faced vervet monkeys, grey mangabey and many other primate species. A network of shady forest trails provides much to delight botanists and butterfly lovers, while birders are in for a treat with about 335 species recorded including the endemic Prirogrine’s ground thrush. Transfer to Queen Elizabeth

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Queen Elizabeth National park, we will enter the park via the Northern crater Area. This is truly the most breathtaking scenery in the park with beautiful lakes and rich grasslands which are set deep in the crater valley. Queen Elizabeth boasts one of the highest bio diversity ratings of any game park in the world, from the open Savannah to Rain forest, dense swamps and beautiful crater lakes to the vastness of Lake Edward. The park harbors almost 100 species that include Buffaloes, Hippos, Leopard, Lions, Spotted Hyena and the elusive giant forest hog. Upon arrival, you will you will go for an afternoon boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel that connects Lake Edward to Lake George. This trip passes through possibly the highest concentration of Hippos, crocodiles and animals such as elephants, buffaloes may be seen drinking at the water's edge. This boat cruise sometimes is referred to as the launch cruise which offers an excellent platform for photography, bird watching with over 550 resident species, and game viewing, ideal for the Uganda safari. This morning we shall set off for an early morning game drive to catch up with early risers and predators returning to their hideouts. This morning, you are likely to meet elephants, grazing hippos, lions, spotted hyenas, bushbucks, leopard, water bucks, stripped jackal and of course the several warthogs plus Uganda kobs and many other different animals and bird species.
