After breakfast, you will be transferred to Queen Elizabeth National park, we will enter the park via the Northern crater Area. This is truly the most breathtaking scenery in the park with beautiful lakes and rich grasslands which are set deep in the crater valley. Queen Elizabeth boasts one of the
highest bio diversity ratings of any game park in the world, from the open Savannah to Rain forest, dense swamps and beautiful crater lakes to the vastness of Lake Edward. The park harbors almost 100 species that include Buffaloes, Hippos, Leopard, Lions, Spotted Hyena and the elusive giant forest hog.
Upon arrival, you will you will go for an afternoon boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel that connects Lake Edward to Lake George. This trip passes through possibly the highest concentration of Hippos, crocodiles and animals such as elephants, buffaloes may be seen drinking at the water's edge. This boat cruise sometimes is referred to as the launch cruise which offers an excellent platform for photography, bird watching with over 550 resident species, and game viewing, ideal for the Uganda safari. After the boat cruise, you will have a sunset game drive as you proceed for dinner and an overnight stay at Kasenyi Safari Camp (Full Board basis).
