Today we will head out for our amazing adventure in the Bwindi Impenetrable National Park and the beautiful savanna of Queen Elizabeth National Park. Queen Elizabeth Game Park

After an early cup of tea or coffee to warm your tummy you go for the morning game drive though the Kasenyi savanna plains of Queen Elizabeth National Park. You will be able to observe the diverse wildlife of the park such as buffaloes, elephants, kobs, baboons, warthogs, hippos. Cats such as lions, leopards, hyena are potential sightings but not guaranteed. You will return to the lodge for breakfast and lunch. In the afternoon you will set out for the boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel which is truly an oasis of many animals. The boat will ride along the shores which gives the chance to get within just meters of hippos, crocodiles, buffaloes, elephants. The bird lover will be in for a treat as the banks of the channel host huge congregations of water birds including skimmers, kingfishers, pelicans, cormorants, etc… You return to the lodge for dinner and overnight. Queen Elizabeth Gmae Park

After breakfast, check out of the accommodation and drive south of the park to Ishasha, an area famous for the tree climbing lions. Drive through this area and look out for the lions as you will also observe other animals such as the topi antelopes (not found in the northern part of the park), elephants, buffaloes, etc… You will continue out of the park, stopover in Kihihi town for lunch and thereafter head further south to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Bwindi National Park

Today you will have the wonderful opportunity of observing the gorgeous scenery of Bwindi forest and experience a memorable encounter with the gentle giants – Mountain Gorillas. Bwindi Impenetrable National Park is home to nearly half of the about 800 mountain gorillas left in the world. There are 12 gorilla families which have been habituated for the tracking adventure. The park covers the size of 321 square kilometers. It is located along the sharp ridges and valleys of the rolling Kigezi highlands. After early breakfast you will transfer to the briefing point by 7am for allocation of the gorilla group and meet the park ranger guides for pre-trek briefing. Afterwards you will drive to the start point where you hike into the forest to find the gorillas. When you find the gorillas you will have only one hour to observe and admire these shy giants and it will be one of the most unforgettable experiences of your life. Bwindi National Park

After breakfast you will leave Bwindi and drive back to Kampala and along the way you will stopover at the Uganda Equator line for some picture moments and may be purchase some souvenirs.
