City tour of Tbilisi: Metekhi Church, delight with unforgettable panoramic views over the river Mtkvari and the main attractions of Tbilisi old district, Narikala Fortress - the ancient symbol of the city, Sioni built in 6th-7th CC, synagogue, the only remaining mosque in Tbilisi, etc. Visit Abanotubani sulfur baths. Departure for Mtskheta - an old capital of Iberia kingdom, visit Jvari (Cross) perched on a hill and overlooking the confluence of the Aragvi and Mtkvari rivers. Visit Svetitskhoveli Cathedral ("Life-giving column") - 11th. On the way of Kazbegi visit Ananuri Castel with picturesque views over Jinvali Reservoir. Cross the legendary Georgian Military Highway, one of the world’s most beautiful roads, through valleys, ravines and finally over the 2300 meter Cross Pass. Hiking (6 km, 3 hours, difficulty level of trekking is average) up to Gergeti Trinity Church. Read more
Departure to the Valley of Truso by 4x4 car. Hiking (3-4 hours). Enjoy with intact nature, great mountains and vastness; It is really excellent place for photographing. There visitors can found lots of mineral springs in the Gouges of Truso. OPTIONAL: Rafting on the river Aragvi – difficulty lever 2-3. The rout is 13 km long and according to the river level 1 hour and 10-20 minutes are needed for rafting. Special training before rafting (15 minutes). Visit Gori – birth place and museum of Joseph Stalin. Visit Uplistsikhe Cave Town. Departure for Borjomi remarkable for its mineral waters and unique nature.
Hiking in Borjom-kharagauli National Park (5 hours). Departure for Vardzia.
Visit Cave Town - high mountains and rock cliffs, special kind of architecture, 2 h walking. Return back to Tbilisi pass Tsalka, enjoy with beautiful surroundings of Lake Paravani.
Drive to the East part of Georgia, Kakheti region. Visit a rock-hewn Georgian Orthodox monastery complex David Gareja, located near the border with Azerbaijan, in the Semi-desert area (2 km walking). Sighnaghi - walking on the streets and enjoy with panoramic views over the Alazani Valley and the greater Caucasus mountains. Read more
Hiking in Lagodekhi National park (5 hours) - great place for bird watching and photographing, see the waterfall. Return to Tbilisi.
