A masterpiece of the Early Middle Ages; - After coming back to Tbilisi you will visit Old Tbilisi – the most beautiful and historical part of the city, which includes: - Narikala Fortress - It is an ancient fortress overlooking Tbilisi - Metekhi - The district was one of the earliest inhabited areas on the city’s territory; - After this you will visit Sulfur Baths in Abanotubani; - Waterfall in Old Tbilisi; - Back to the hotel for 2nd overnight. - After breakfast at the hotel we are going to visit Kazbegi - On the way we will visit Ananuri complex located by the Aragvi River in Georgia, about 45 miles (72 kilometers) from Tbilisi - Stop at Jinvali water reservoir - Continue very scenic drive up through the High Caucasus Mountains along the Georgian Military Highway - Next stop is Kazbegi – this small town is located in the valley overlooked by the famous hilltop silhouette of Tsminda Sameba Church and the towering snowy cone of Mt Kazbek - Walk to the Sameba church (Gergeti) in Kazbegi - Back to Tbilisi for 3rd overnight. - Breakfast at the hotel - Bodbe Monastery (built in 9th century) of Saint Nino (the saint, who preached Christianity in Georgia) - Next stop is Sighnaghi - this small, mid-century city - Sighnaghi Museum is the first high standard museum in Georgia - Then we shall visit village Gurjaani, where you will have lunch and wine tasting in Georgian family.
