Arrive in Hanoi, the bustling capital of Vietnam, a fusion of Asian and French influences, and the seat of the Vietnamese Government. Greeting at the airport with driver and transfer to hotel for check-in.
After breakfast, we have a city tour to vitit the Temple of Literature, a famous historical and cultural relic and known as Vietnam’s first university, Hoan Kiem Lake, Ngoc Son Temple, built in the 19th century, dedicated to the god of literature, which is linked with the bank by a beautiful curved bridge called The Huc (morning sunshine). Then visit Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum which was opened on September 2, 1975 and stands on the historical Ba Dinh Square (closed on Monday & Friday), One Pillar Pagoda. Lunch at Cha Ca restaurant for special grilled fish. Afternoon visit the Ethnology Museum (closed on Monday) and Tran Quoc Pagoda. In the evening, take 1-hour pecicab ride around the Old Quarters. Then enjoy the water puppet show, a traditional and unique Vietnamese art. Read more
8:00am Guide will meet at your hotel & drive to Ninh Binh (100km south of Ha Noi) through countryside with rice paddies & rural villages. We will take a Sampan ride over small stream runs in the middle on rice fields with very beautiful landscape which also known as “Ha Long Bay on Land of Viet Nam” to visit the three Caves. Lunch will be arranged at local restaurant there. We will bike along village path and rice fields to visit the Temple of Dinh & Le King located inside the Hoa Lu ancient Capital of “Dai Viet” in the 10th century. Check in homestay in Ninh Binh. Have breakfast at homestay, then drive to Bai Dinh pagoda, the biggest pagoda in Vietnam with 500 La Han statues, biggest bronze Buddha statue in Vietnam with 10 meters in height, 100 tons in weight. Have lunch in local restaurant with some local special dishes such as Goat meat with elderberry, pork storage vessel... Afetr lunch visit Trang An tourist attraction, take boat trip to visit cave complex: Sang Cave, Toi Cave, Ba Giot Cave, Nau Ruou in mystery and wildness, see scenery of mountain and rivers.
