Trek Sybrubasi to Lama Hotel (2,380m): 6hrs This is our first day of trekking today. Follow the Langtang Khola River. Pass through the dense forests. Cross several up and down, suspension bridges & a tea houses along the route. Overnight at Lama Hotel.
Trek to Langtang village (3,430m): 6-7hrs After taking morning tea, we embark our second day of the journey. Our trail continues along dense forests. After making a steady climb up through the valley, we leave the tree line behind us. Enjoy the marvelous views of Langtang Lirung. Trek to Kyanjin Gompa (3,870m): 3.5hrs After breakfast, we start trekking and traverse through yak pastures. Also pass the largest mani wall in Nepal, made from stone with prayers written on them. The prayers written on the mani wall is supposed to be blown away by the wind. Cross several of the wooden bridges. Since, we are really getting into the high altitudes, you might start feeling the thin air. Gompa. Kanjin Gompa is surrounded by the Himalayas all around. Visit to Tserko Ri and trek back to Lama Hotel: 5-6hrs Early morning we visit to Tserko Ri (5000m/16,404ft) for mountain sunrise views. After breakfast, proceed to Lama Hotel. Since, its mostly downhill, it is 4/ 5 hours walk from Kanjin Gompa to Lama Hotel. The trail goes all the way down hill through forest following the river. Lama Hotel to Syabrubesi: 5hrs After breakfast, we trek down to Syabrubensi about 5 hours walk. Enjoy the easy trail mostly downhill through lush green vegetation. In the afternoon spend time as leisure. Overnight at Sabrubasi.
Drive Sabrubesi to Kathmandu 7hrs/145km After breakfast we drive back to Kathmandu. Be prepared for the long drive to Kathmandu.

Here in Nepal, I like the neighbourhood and friendly people. My wife every day used to go for morning walk and used to tell me the story about the local people, whatever she sees every day. Especially, the guide was most knowledgeable and made it possible and get a sense of not only historical and religious value of some of the places but also some of the other places how the people live over there day to day. The company was able to manage all the services smoothly and made the memorable trip in Kathmandu. Do not be afraid of Earthquake; the government has done very good job, lots of cleaning up and reconstructions are going on. There are many places to go without facing any problems. Feel free to make a trip to Nepal nothing to afraid of and you will feel the completely different and unique.
