Nepal has a rich geography. The mountainous north has eight of the world's ten tallest mountains, including the highest point on Earth, Mount Everest. It contains more than 240 peaks over 20,000 ft (6,096 m) above sea level. The fertile & humid south is heavily urbanized. In this trip we will provide scenic walk to country side with snow capped peak on the back drop of hikers. Tourist has a chance to encounter with local people mainly Tamangs.

FULL DAY KATHMANDU TOUR

EM Drive to Godavari for bird watching tour with packed breakfast The most popular bird watching on the Valley rim situated 20 km South East of Kathmandu, with some 265 species recorded to date. The birds seen here included babblers, warblers, tits, thrushes, minivets, woodpeckers, eagles and many migrant birds. Godavari, at the foot of Phulchoki hill where the Royal Botanical Garden is situated, records over 100 species of birds including the lesser racket-tailed drongo, Tibetan siskin and the spotted fork tail. Kumari, the living Goddess, the stone carved statue of ferocious Kal Bhairav, erotic carvings glorifying the art works in the temples, the giant temple of the Goddess Taleju and image of Shiva and Parvati peering outside through the window are just a few of the most noteworthy attractions in the area. One can't help but admire the exceptionally attractive woodcarvings, statues and buildings that is cluster in the area. Continue to Swoyambhunath stupa: A golden spire crowning a conical wooded hill, Swayambhunath Stupa is the most ancient and enigmatic of all the holy shrines in Katmandu valley. Its lofty white dome and glittering golden spires are visible from many miles and from all sides of the valley. Historical records found on a stone inscription give evidence that the stupa was already an important Buddhist pilgrimage destination by the 5th century AD. Lunch at local restaurant. PM Tour to Changunarayan Changu Narayan - The temple of Changu Narayan , built on a hilltop some 12 kilometers east of Kathmandu dates back to the 4th century. As you walk through the main entrance you are greeted by a couple of stone elephants, then encounter a twin roofed pagoda and the main two tiered temple. In the center of the main temple is Vishnu, with 10 arms going through the different layers of the universe. This beautiful priceless piece of the 5th or 6th century is surrounded by half a dozen more images dating back to the 9th century. Besides the old royal palace, which dominates all others in grace and grandeur, here is the 17th-century Krishna Mandir. Entirely made of stone, this shikhara-style structure with 21 pinnacles is dedicated to Lord Krishna, a savior deity in Hindu pantheon, and is equally noted for rare stone carvings on its walls, which depict various episodes of the epic wars of Ramayana and Mahabharata. Other landmarks within the Square are Tusha-hity (water spout), Sundari Chowk, Taleju Temple and the Keshav Narayan Chowk. The Hiranyavarna Mahavihar (Golden temple), Rudravarna Mahavihar and the terra-cotta temple of Mahabouddha are other highlights in the vicinity. The approach road from Patan to Bungamati is dotted with small votive chaityas, appropriate for an ancient processionary path. The village of over 2,000 people is tightly clustered against a hilly riverside slope, surrounded by terraced rice fields and clumps of trees. Open ponds flank the paved path as it enters the village. Ten minutes walk away, past the important Karya Binayak shrine on a tree-covered hillock, is the village of Khokana. Slightly bigger than Bungamati, with a population of about 3,000 Newari Buddhist. It is famous for its mustard-oil manufacturing. KATHMANDU - NAGARKOT via BHAKTAPUR

Breakfast at hotel AM Tour to Bhaktapur city Bhaktapur City: Situated at an altitude of 1,401 m and covering an area of four square miles, it still retains the medieval charm and visitors to this ancient town are treated with myriad wonders of cultural and artistic achievements. Of the Valley's three Durbar Squares, Bhaktapur Durbar Square is the best preserved one. This splendid palatial square has its gems in such artistic masterpieces as the 55-Windows Palace, the Golden Gate, Golden Sprout, the Taleju temple complex and Nyatapola-the five-storied temple -in the nearby Taumadhi Square. The 15th-century Dattatreya temple and the world famous Peacock Window at Tachapal, are also there to keep visitors spellbound. The city is also commonly known as Bhadgaon. Later transfer to Nagarkot is a village and Village Development Committee located 32 km east of Kathmandu, Nepal in Bhaktapur District in the Bagmati Zone. At the time of the 1991 Nepal census it had a population of 3,504 and had 655 houses in it.[1] At an elevation of 4,195 meters, it is considered one of the most scenic spots in Bhaktapur District. It is renowned for its sunrise view of the Himalaya including Mount Everest as well as other snow-capped peaks of the Himalayan range of eastern Nepal. Nagarkot also offers a panoramic view of the Kathmandu Valley. Nagarkot is an international tourist destination with spectacular views of the whole Langtang range, sunrise on the mountains and sunset views. HIKE NAGARKOT TO SANKHU

Breakfast at hotel Early morning sunrise view –weather permitting After breakfast start hike to Sankhu with packed lunch box. One-day hike from Nagarkot and Sankhu is best way to introduce with the Nepal’s Nature and culture. The hike takes about 5 hours walk through the villages of mixed ethnic groups such as Gurung, Newar, Tamangs. We will stop at a beautiful location to have packed lunch. On a fine day one can enjoy scenic beauty and the mountain ranges from this hiking trail Sankhu is a typical Newari town, with many fine old buildings and temples. Situated at 1500 meters above the sea level, the hilltop is famous for viewing beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Forests above the village hide an important temple to the tantric goddess, Bajra Jogini. Following the wide stone path north of the village, we walk up the steps to the temple, flanked with smaller shrines, stupas and statues.
