Zagori (Greek: Ζαγόρι), is a region and a municipality in the Pindus mountains in Epirus, in northwestern Greece. The seat of the municipality is the village Asprangeli.It has an area of some 1,000 square kilometers and contains 46 villages known as Zagori villages (or Zagorochoria or Zagorohoria), and is in the shape of an upturned equilateral triangle.

Our day starts from the village square of Vitsa one of the most beautiful and amazing villages of Zagorochoria that is on altitude of 950m. From the first moment of trekking we can figurate out wide variety of herbs and flowers and some kinds of mushrooms. First stop take place in an old church of Saint Nicolas that also is a great view spot of gorge of Vikos. In a wonderful landscape we continue until we find the first of the two bridges. The old bridge of Missiou ( 1748) helping us to cross over the river of Vikos and after 1.5 km to complete our day under the bridge of Kokori ( 1750). In altitude of 1340 m is the highest village of all over Zagorochoria that called Vradeto. The day starts at the end of the village in a path with big stone steps that we climb down in the area of Beloy which is a watchtower with a great view of the gorge of Vikos. Our day starts from the bridge of Aristi (Papigo). After walking 300m on the main street we enter the stone path that in a short distance will become forestry. We continue under the shape of old plane trees near the river of Voidomatis . After 2 km we meet an old church of Saint Anagriron (1658) and if we want we can go to swim on cold water of the river. Until the end of the day we find two great viewpoints to rest and enjoy the nature before arrive at the brigde of Klidonia. Our last day actually is very easy for hikers and also unique because we go to hike in the most beautiful area of Zagoria with great spots of the gorge and of course of the Tymfis Mountain. We start from the village of Mikro Papigo (altitude 980m) during the hike we walk under the Towers of Papigko until the final destination of Kokkino Lithari (kokkino means red and is from the color that limestone have in these area).
