Breakfast. City Tour and Panama Canal. We start with a visit to the Miraflores Locks where you will appreciate the amazing sight of the handling of ships crossing the Panama Canal. Then, sightseeing of the former Albrook Fortress, now a beautiful residential and commercial area. After that, Balboa and Causeway; currently the most developed area, a tourist attraction and the location of the administrative building. Breakfast. Departure for the "Gatun Safari", an adventure tour in the jungle. Gatun is a large artificial lake. It forms a major part of the Panama Canal, carrying ships for 33 km of their transit across the Panama Isthmus. From the boat, we will watch the vessels as they cross the Canal. Then, we will observe and enjoy the rainforest that surrounds the lake. We will interact with some animals like monkeys, sloths, toucans, crocodiles and many other species. Then, we arrive to floating platform where a typical lunch will be served. Following lunch you will be able to perform an activity of your choice like fishing local species (tarpon, snook, etc) swimming or kayaking. Return to the hotel. Read more

Pick up at your hotel, early in the morning and transfer to Colosal Train Station. This is a historical tour on the first transcontinental train. From 1855, the rail crosses over the Panama Canal, lakes and rainforests. Upon arrival to Colon Train Station, our transportation will pick us up, and take us to the San Lorenzo fortress. Built in 1595 by Phillip II in order to defend this strategic point. San Lorenzo, Portobelo and Panama City were considered the "three keys" of America and the main points of the Spanish trade. Very early in the morning (06:00 am) Pick up at your hotel and departure for Albrook domestic airport to take flight to Playon Chico. This is one of the islands that form part of the archipelago of San Blas, located in the Caribbean of Panama. San Blas is a conjunction of 365 islands where only 50 are inhabited. The Kunas, the second most important and large indigenous community of Panama, control and live in this archipelago since the Spaniards began their journey across the isthmus.
