Today at the appropriate time an EcoCircuitos representative will meet you at the Tocumen International Airport to assist and transfer you to your hotel located in Panama City. At this time you will also receive an EcoCircuitos information kit that will provide you with all the details for your stay in Panama. In the morning, you will be picked up at your hotel by our staff to drive you to the very beginning of Cinta Costera at Parque del Florista. From this point, our guide will give you instructions and gear to start biking along the cycling road on the Cinta Costera. This biking stretch is approximately 3 miles and a half. On the way, you will have the chance to enjoy a traditional ceviche at Mercado del Marisco and then continue your tour on the new section of Cinta Costera that circles around Casco Antiguo. Make a brief stop to take pictures of this historic section of the City that is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site. . Finally we will enter Casco Antiguo, right at the division between the neighborhoods of San Felipe and El Chorrillo and keep riding our bikes until we hit the amazing Plaza Catedral (Cathedral Plaza), were our van and driver will be waiting for us with some cold and refreshing drinks. This morning we head to the Soberania National Park to bike along the trails surrounding the area. Follow a single track into the thick foliage of the tropical forest. Here we may observe and listen to the tropical animals and admire the lush vegetation. Your experienced guide knows this forest and its inhabitants well, and will be able to point out many special things on the way. After breakfast our local driver will meet you at the hotel for a transfer to the domestic airport in Albrook to take your one-hour flight to David, the capital of Chiriqui Province. Upon arrival, you will be met by an EcoCircuitos Representative and transferred to the hotel in Boquete. Free afternoon for exploration of town on your own. Read more

This tour was a perfect trip! Canal of course was the highlight and we think the complete transit is the way to go although it was a long day. Tours were just exceptional and the hotel was good, too. for the value it was well-priced so we can heartily recommend it. Panama is the coming place -- friendly people, not expensive, beautiful scenery, and they're building hotels and resorts like crazy so should be ready for the tourists .
