Drive from Addis Ababa via the Rift Valley of Ethiopia across the South-eastern Arsi- Bale Massifs to Dinsho (the headquarters of Bale Mountains National Park).

Bale Park, 1night

Trek from Dinsho South-west up the Web and Wollo Valleys to Fincha Abera Water Falls. Then, continue to Moraro Mountain (3750m), camp beside pleasant stream at Moraro

Trek up the Wassama Valley across the mineral springs at Worgona to camp beneath the crags of Mount Batu in the Shaya Valley.

Climb up Mount Batu before you walk to the picturesque campsite situated in the Tegona Valley under the sheer cliffs beside the Gerba Guracha Lake (6hours).

Trek across Senetti Plateau, visit the Crane Lakes (Alphine Lakes) and en-route spot the endemic Ethiopian Wolf and its lovely food (the Giant Mole rats); meet the vehicle on the Goba – Dolomena road around Konteh (3hrs). Then, by including Mt.Tulu Dimtu (4377m) drive down to Goba.

Drive from Goba back to Addis Ababa. Drop off at the hotel

Addis Ababa, 1night

Fly to Gondar and tour of Gondar which includes the visit of the Royal Enclosure with its magnificent castles dated from the 17th and 18th century (world heritage site), the bath of king Fasiledes, the ruins of Qusquam Palace and also the remarkable church of Debrebrihan Selassie with its breathtaking 17th century wall and ceiling paintings. Gondar, 1night

Drive from Gondar via Debark to the Semien Mountains National Park up to Sankaber, acclimatization, and preparation for trekking, and then walk to the surrounding escarpment and viewpoints of Sankaber.

Simien park, 3nights

Trek from Sankaber via Jinbar Falls and Geech village to Geech. En-route you have chance to see one of the endemic animals of the park the bleeding heart baboon or Galada baboon.

Trek via Kedadit, Saha gorge, and Imetgogo (3926mts) passing by Inatiye and Kurbet Metaya to Chenek. On this day, you will have the opportunity to see Walia Ibex.

From Chenek admiring the unique fauna and flora of the Semien Mountains as well as its stunning scenery, you drive to Gondar. En-route, with a short stop at Wolleka, you visit the former village of the Black Jews (Falasha) People drive to Gondar.

Gondar, 1night

Transfer to the airport and fly back to Addis Ababa. Then, sightseeing tour in Addis Ababa which includes; the Ethnological Museum in the former palace of King Hailesillassie, the National Museum and the superb Holy Trinity Cathedral. Transfer to air port to your departure flight.
