Dear Barbara, I just wanted to thank you for help through the whole time and amazing experience! Your staff was lovely, kind, helpful beyond their job description and my expectations. George was wonderful! He is patient, hard working and very funny, I recommend him highly. It was a good match! Joanne was super helpful trying to get me a Congolese visa...and making me feel comfortable being the only guest. Your staff Wuinnie (especially her), Denis and the Chef, were amazingly accommodating and professional. Again, your immediate response to emails and arranging the full itinerary made the somewhat untraditional booking process (you know are westerners are used to everything credit card nowadays) made this process a bit less nerve wrecking and my experience amazing. So thank you for everything! Read more

for one have used crystal safaris 3 times of which the latest was when I went for gorilla tracking in Bwindi. The lady by the name Christine has always been helpful the times I have interacted with her. In June this year, i went for gorilla tracking under crystal safaris with Jona as our guide. My friends and I had a fab time and I would recommend Jona to u and the lodge we slept in was in Bwindi Gorilla safari lodge was in point with those water bottles to keep us warm the beds were on point and jeez the food was delicious (try there onion soup). Anyway I would recommend u trust them with your trip I dont think u will have any issue and I do wish you the best during your safari Read more
