known as "Sombai" you can visit and the owners will explain to you the process of rice wine distillation. They also have a shop downstairs offering the 8 different flavors that they produce.
After that going to Road 60, is like going for exploring and learning about local food, Cambodian style. A long road lined with mats for hire, street food sellers and a small fun fair, it’s an evening picnic and barbecue haven. This is truly a local hang out with an incredible variety of all kinds of Khmer foods on offer. Here you will sample a range of exotic fruits, fried insects, snails, roasted frog, fried chicken, roast belly pork, crispy duck and fried chive cakes.
Finishing the trip your guide can either drop you back off at your hotel or onto Pub Street to continue the night
