After breakfast at hotel, head out to Ba Dinh Square and start the day with President Ho Chi Minh’s mausoleum and house-on-stilts plus the nearby One Pillar Pagoda. Next is a visit to the Temple of Literature, dedicated to Confucius, built in the 11th century. It was the first university in Vietnam and students still come here to ask for blessings in their study. You will find a peaceful atmosphere tinged with incense smoke, and sunken lotus ponds populated by fish and turtles. Lunch at KOTO, a well-trained restaurant, with the slogan “Know One, Teach One”. KOTO is a non-profit center where disadvantaged youths are given job training. Drive through the busy city to visit Ethnology Museum, the place gives an excellent overview of the country's ethnic groups. HA LONG - HANOI - EVENING FLIGHT TO HUE

Start off your day with a Tai Chi lesson on the sundeck with complimentary tea and coffee being served. Rejuvenate your body and mind with the slow movement of Tai Chi and enjoy the dawn on the bay. The boat weighs anchor to sail to Cua Van floating village, you will take your time to visit the village which is voted as one of the 11 insanely beautiful small towns around the world by huffingtonpost.com. HUE CITY TOUR

This morning, visit the Imperial City at Hue which is the remnant of a vast citadel. Here you can see the ravages of time and war on what was the carefully designed capital of the Nguyen Dynasty. Later take a boat ride up the romantic Perfume River, enjoying the beautiful scenery along the river. The boat takes you to Thien Mu Pagoda, this 7-story octagonal tower is a symbol of Hue. Behind the pagoda are peaceful gardens and, somewhat incongruously, the old Austin car which transported Thich Quang Duc to Saigon in 1963 for his self-immolation. Lunch at the restaurant that located near the ancient citadel in a peaceful suburb of Hue and surrounded by beautiful gardens. This afternoon, you visit King Tu Duc’s Tomb which is a sprawling compound centered around a lake and includes numerous separate memorials connected by pleasant walkways. The major portions of the tomb complex were completed from 1864-1867, along with future temple buildings that served as a retreat for Tu Duc and his many wives during his lifetime. Have early breakfast this morning then check out, transfer to Da Nang airport for your onward flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by local guide and driver. Transfer to your hotel for checking in. This afternoon, you will visit the Reunification Palace, the former residence of the President of South Vietnam. You can visit the “War Room” from where the South Vietnamese forces were controlled, and where the North Vietnamese army finally took control in the Fall of Saigon on April 30, 1975. Walk to the central square where you will see all of Saigon iconic buildings. Built between 1877 and 1883, Saigon's Neo-Romanesque Notre Dame Cathedral is a centre of Catholicism in modern Vietnam, and one of the city’s major landmarks. This morning, drive to the land of rivers, the Mekong Delta. The tour will start with a visit of Vinh Long market. This is the best place for you to take pictures of fish, shrimps, prawns, crabs, snakes, rice-field rats, tropical fruits, and vegetables... Next stop will be the brick kilns where you can see how the local people create beautiful potteries.
