ITINERARY
DAY 1
Arrival in Costa Rica
Arrival at Juan Santamaría International Airport, one of our representatives will meet you after customs to assist you locating the luggage and direct you to the driver that will take you to your hotel.

DAY 2
San José City Tour
After breakfast we will take a tour around the city and get to know the culture and landmarks in a very comfortable way with a touch of luxury on board of a double-decker bus that offers panoramic views of the city while enjoying the typical culture of Costa Rican service tasting local cocktails, typical snacks, live music on the bus and personalized service with bilingual guides. We will visit the new National Stadium, the National Theatre, the Plaza de la Democracia and the Central Market plus other attractions around the city. We will enjoy a Costa Rican style lunch before returning to the hotel. Read more

DAY 3
Arenal Volcano & Tabacon Hot Springs
This activity offers a combination of nature and relaxation visiting the Arenal Volcano and the Tabacon Hot Springs. We will depart after breakfast stopping in Sarchi, known as the birthplace of the Costa Rican artisans. The journey continues, passing through plantations of various agricultural products such as pineapple and mango, forests, ornamental plants and cattle ranches until we reach to the small town of La Fortuna, where we will enjoy lunch in the shadow of the volcano. We continue to one of the best hot spring resorts in the area to relax in the water or visit the spa to take a treatment of your choice (optional). Early in the evening we will have dinner before returning to the hotel. Read more

DAY 4
Pacuare White Water Rafting or Canopy to
Pacuare White Water Rafting: Morning departure in organized tranportation, we will have breakfast upon arrival and receive the safety instructions before starting the adventure on the Pacuare River, one of the best rivers in the world for its scenic beauty and quality of its rapids. You’ll get to explore the intimate nature of the rainforest from the river perspective during the class III -IV river rafting tour. We’ll stop along the way to enjoy a tropical fruit -based snack and you will have time to refresh on the natural pools. We continue the adventure until we reach the exit point where we will have lunch before going back to the hotel. Canopy tour at San Luis Adventure Park: Located in the cloud forest of Central Valley of Costa Rica, the San Luis canopy tour will take you on an exciting and safe adventure through the rainforest above the Cataratitas River. This park also offers the Tarzan Swing and ” The Elevator ,” a thrilling experience that will take you safely above the forest canopy, providing a prime view of the surroundings. DAY 5
Doka Estate, Poas Volcano & La Paz Water
We will depart to the province of Alajuela, we will pass by several attractions including plantations and monuments. We will first visit Doka Coffee Estate, where we will a delicious breakfast and taste coffee of the highest quality, we will learn the techniques used for making one of the best coffees in Costa Rica and the world. We will continue to the Poas Volcano National Park to observe the large main crater and the beautiful Botos Lagoon. Finally we will visit La Paz Waterfall Gardens where a typical lunch will be served before taking a gentle hike through the trails that provide a great vantage point of the waterfalls located in the middle of the rainforest, before returning to the hotel can also visit the snake and butterfly, among other attractions. DAY 6
Tortuga Island
Departure to the beautiful Tortuga Island. The day begins with a road trip of about an hour and a half from San José, there will be a stop along the way to enjoy a Costa Rican style breakfast before arriving at the dock in Puntarenas where we will board the catamaran to travel to the island. During the tour you are welcome to try the complementary tropical fruit juices while enjoying the music and beauty of the landscape. Once on the island you can take a swim in the crystal clear waters and snorkel or take a banana ride, all inclusive. Additionally you can choose to rent a kayak and take a canopy tour or just relax on the hammocks on the white sand beach . We will have a delicious lunch accompanied by live music before heading back to the hotel in the mid-afternoon. Read more
