DAY 1
Arrival in Costa Rica
Arrival at Juan Santamaría International Airport, one of our representatives will meet you after customs to assist you locating the luggage and direct you to the driver that will take you to your hotel.

Monteverde Cloud Forest
After breakfast one of our representatives will deliver you the car rental at the hotel. Departure to the area of Monteverde Cloud Forest located near the village of Santa Elena. This area protects the region’s biodiversity and water sources that supply several rivers in the country.

DAY 3
Monteverde, full of activities
You will have time to explore Monteverde where, among other activities, you can get a bird-like perspective of the forest canopy through the hanging bridges or venturing on the zip lines plus check out the great diversity of flora and fauna of the area.

Arenal
Departure to the surroundings of the Arenal Volcano National Park and the colorful town of La Fortuna. This region boasts thermal hot springs resorts, and impressive views of the volcano.

Discover Arenal
The area features hot springs spas and you will have plenty of time to enjoy activities such as hikes on hanging bridges, to La Fortuna Waterfall or the National Park, whitewater rafting, zip lines or horseback rides among others or just enjoy the amazing views from the pool of the hotel.

Granada
Departure after breakfast to the Costa Rican – Nicaraguan border, you will switch cars at the border and continue to the beautiful colonial city of Granada, located on the shores of Lake Nicaragua where the islets formed after the eruption of Mombacho Volcano located south of the city.

Colonial city of Granada
It is one of the most visited due to how well preserved are the colonial buildings and adobe houses with charming courtyards, is recommended explore the town in relaxed manner aboard a ¨Volanta¨ (typical taxi of Granada), days at leisure to explore the area or take an optional tour.

León
Next destination is León. Located in the northwest of the country this interesting town is a land of volcanoes and beaches.

Colorful colonial architecture
The town itself is an attractive site, thanks to museums, art galleries and colorful colonial architecture, which include the imposing cathedral and facades of many churches. You can also find is a wide variety of natural attractions worth visiting in the surroundings of the city.

San Juan del Sur
Time to visit the Bay of San Juan del Sur where you will find beautiful beaches surrounded by a stunning natural environment, the town maintains its Nicaraguan roots which made this a culturally rich area plus you can also find a wide range of entertainment venues and activities.

Time to relax
Free time to relax at the beach or take an optional tour.

Rincón de la Vieja
Back to Costa Rica! You will switch cars at the border to continue to Rincon de la Vieja Volcano National Park; located in the upper parts of the province of Guanacaste. You can hike the trails to enjoy the volcanic landscape and vapor emissions, as well as several waterfalls and diversity of fauna. For the adventurous we offer activities such as zip lines, tubing, rappelling canyons and waterfalls, horseback riding and many other options. Drive to Juan Santamaría International Airport according to your flight schedule, please keep in mind that is recommendable to check in at least 3 hours prior departure and to please consider some extra time to return the rented car.
