Afternoon CHONG KNEAS one of natural tourisms and a mangroves for hundreds species of fresh water fishes and birds and decorated with ethnic stilted houses line over the water surface up to the air. The villages are primarily Khmer and have about 3000 inhabitants between them, most of who live in stilted houses. The people depend largely on fishing and tourism for their incomes. We embark on the traditional wooden boat through the flooded forests of the GREAT TONLE SAP LAKE, habitat of many bird species it will bring you to Chong Kneas. This amazing floating village is built on 8 to 10 m high stilts. We visit an island pagoda, a school and traditional stilt houses to interact with the local families. I visited Angkor Wat with my wife. We took two nights and three days tour. Everything was good, tasty food and so on. Though I expect that our driver will be partly our guide and tell us something interesting about this country, but that did not happen, and the road was boring..

I went to Siem Reap and took 2 days tuk-tuk tour organized by Angkor Travel Plus with my friend. It was very memorable holidays. We were picked from our hotel promptly and the tuk-tuk driver (Mr. Cheat) was very friendly and knowledgeable about the holiday's spots. He was very patient as well. Angkor Wat is indeed very amazing heritage that has to be preserved by not only Cambodian but other as well. Never know that some part of the city has been modernized through such as pub street and surrounding area. Read more
