ITINERARY
DAY 1
Trabzon - Batumi - Kobuleti
We will meet at Trabzon Airport and drive to Batumi/Georgia. After crossing the Turkish-Georgian border on foot we take a short drive and begin our city tour, including the cathedral, old streets of Batumi, the statue of the Golden Fleece, the ethnographical museum and Europe Square. After our city tour we might get the chance to swim in the Black Sea depending on our timing. We will then drive to our village home in Kobuleti to spend the night. Read more

DAY 2
Khino Yayla
After breakfast we will take a 1 hour drive to Kobuleti. This is a beautiful green yayla with houses spread out onto its hilly geography. We will take a nice easy walk on the forest road covered with trees and then take a lunch break. After lunch we will visit the Botanical Park and see the marvelous flora of the micro-climate. DAY 3
Mencuna, Borcka Karagol
After an early breakfast we will drive to the Georgian-Turkish border at Sarp and meet our vehicle on the Turkish side. We will then drive through Arhavi and reach the Mencuna Waterfall in Kamilet Valley. Here we will take a dip in the natural pool. Next we will visit and walk around Borçka Karagöl. We will then start our drive to Macahel to spend the night. Read more

DAY 4
Macahel
After waking up the thie wonderful colours of Macahel we have breakfast and start our day by visiting Maral Waterfall dropping from 63 metres. Those who want to can also venture under the very strong waterfall. We will have lunch at one of the village houses of Macahel and then visit the surrounding villages before we head back to our hotel. Read more

DAY 5
Macahel Yaylas (Highlands)
After breakfast we will drive for 45 minutes to reach Findik Yayla and cross the Indatsvinda Pass. We will have lunch at Lekoban Yayla and start our drive towards Savsat and its Black Forest. We will the the very unfortunate construction and the of hydroelectric power plants and the damage they make on the nature. We will spend the night just outside of the town of Savsat in a valley hotel. Read more

DAY 6
Savsat and its Lakes
After breakfast we will drive for 45 minutes to reach Balık Lake We will then start our walk around in the beautiful forest aera on the skirts of Arsiyan Mountain. We will see the two Sirata Lakes. If we are lucky we might see some ruddy shelducks. Those who want to can enjoy swimmin in the lakes. After our break here we will continue our walk through the forest and see a beautiful view of the Karcal Mountains. On our return we will have lunch and then start our drive to Savsat Karagol. We will take a walk around Karagol and return to our hotel. On our return will will take a break to visit the Cevizli Church. Read more

DAY 7
Departures
After breakfast we will depart from our hotel and drive to Hopa via Şavşat-Artvin-Borçka. We will see the Artvin Deriner Damn on the way. Those who will fly out of Hopa-Batumi will be dropped off here. We will then drive to Trabzon Airport and say our farewells.
