Pro Niti arranged a tour for me in and around Mandalay and Pyin Oo Lwin including the train over Goktheik viaduct. My guide, "Mirror" (Ei Kyayhmone), was excellent. She was knowledgeable, patient and had a cheery attitude. It was raining most of the time during my tour (and when we visited Mandalay Hill). Mirror reminded me that even if we couldn't see the sunset, we had a different but still beautiful view. She was knowledge about good shopping spots as well. I had a lovely time. I had some communication problems in the beginning with ProNiti. Also, I was not informed that I was expected to have a digital boarding pass for the flight they had booked. However, general manager, Veronica, smoothed out everything efficiently. Thanks Veronica. Read more

We, 2 couples in our late 60's, engaged Pro Niti to plan for our trip to Myanmar. Being someone who is travelling to Myanmar for the first time and knows nothing about the country, we had changed our minds several times - on dates, number of days, number of persons in our group. But Hannah of Pro Niti was very patient and accommodating and gave us all the necessary informations. The trip went smoothly and very enjoyable. The local guide in Mandalay - Soe Aung, was in particular impressive for his knowledge, fluency in his English, and patience. We spent 7 days in Myanmar visiting Rangoon, Bagan and Mandalay. We would be glad to recommend Pro Niti to anyone. Read more
