Zagreb – Arrival

Your driver will meet you at the Airport and transfer you to your hotel. After arrival local guide will take you for a pleasant walk in the city centre where you will get the first impression of Zagreb. Visit the main square Trg bana Josipa Jelacica that lies at the city’s heart and divides the old town from the new. Take the funicular railway built in 1889 to connect the Upper and Lower towns. The Upper Town of Zagreb is a unique place for many reasons: the colorful rooftop of St. Marks Church, Lotršcak Tower, Stone Gate and gas street lamps that have to be lit by hand. Visit Kaptol, the ecclesiastical district that is largely dominated by the Cathedral of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Cruising Hvar

This morning after breakfast board your private yacht with skipper. Head to Hvar. Explore Hvar with your local guide who will escort you on a sightseeing tour (2 hrs) of the town which is best known for its medieval buildings which are the legacy of four centuries of Venetian rule. The town is the site of the oldest municipal theatre in Europe which opened in 1612. Perched high on a hill overlooking the town, the gleaming white limestone walls of the medieval Spanjol Fortress afford breathtaking views for those that climb to their summit. Korcula Island Cruise

Next day we sail towards Korcula. the reputed birthplace of that great explorer Marco Polo. Its medieval Old Town is surrounded by 14th century stone walls and contains a succession of narrow streets that branch off the spine of the main thoroughfare like a fish bone, designed to cut down on the impact of sun and wind to provide citizens with comfortable and sheltered accommodation. Mljet Island – Dubrovnik

Some people say that Homer, while describing the enchanted island of Ogigia, Ulysses and the nymph Calypso, was actually referring to the island of Mljet. True or not – this island, today, is certainly a paradise for all those that enjoy untouched nature and absolute tranquility. The main attraction of the island are the two saltwater lakes, surrounded by a lovely thick forest. Enjoy a boat ride from the lakes to the island Melita and visit the Benedictine monastery of St. Mary dating from the 12th century. There will be plenty of time for swimming, strolling around the lakes or having your lunch in one of the charming local restaurants. In the late afternoon on day 9 you will arrive to Dubrovnik. Historical Dubrovnik

This morning is reserved for exploring and enjoying in your Pearl of Adriatic – the old town Dubrovnik. The great George Bernard Shaw wrote: „Those who seek paradise on Earth must come to Dubrovnik" and he was as many others overjoyed by the beauty and rich history of this old town under the UNESCO protection. Its glorious walls, with their fortresses and bastions, offer a unique walk with view of the magical Elafiti islands. From the Onofrio fountain to the City bell tower, along its main street, Stradun and in many other small and quiet cobblestone streets, every step in this town will be an experience par excellence. This evening we recommend you to just take a relaxing walk toward the old city before dinner. You may wish to relax by finding a café called Buza that is a cracking little bar perched on rocks beneath the city walls. Read more
