DAY 1
Tanzania arrival – Arusha
Arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport where you will be greeted by your Agama guide. Drive to Arusha to Outpost Lodge. Depending on your arrival time have a guided walk through Arusha. Briefing in evening for your climb starting the next day. Lunch and dinner included.

DAY 2
Arusha - Momela Gate - Mari
After breakfast be driven to the Momela gate of Mt Meru. Start the hiking with a professional park ranger. Along the way you will likely see some animals including elephants, zebras, and giraffe , monkeys, antelope, and often elephants along the route. After about 5-7 hours reach the hut Mariakamba(2500 m) for rest, dinner and overnight. 3 meals included. Read more

DAY 3
Mariakamba Hut - Saddle Hut
et breakfast and continue your climb. After about 3-5 hours reach Saddle Hut (3550m) passing through the forest. The walk will take you slowly along the ridge for a spectacular view of the Meru Crater and the impressive Ash Cone. After hot lunch at Saddle Hut we can make a short climb to the summit of Little Meru (3820m) for superb views just before sunset. Dinner and overnight at Saddle Hut. 3 meals included. Read more

DAY 4
Saddle Hut - Summit - Mariak
Wake up at midnight, around 1:30 am to climb steeply to Rhino Point(3800m) and on to Cobra Point (4350m). We reach the summit (4566m) on time for sunrise. The final part of the climb is along a spectacular narrow ridge line between the sheer inner cliffs and the sloping outer wall of the crater. Take a short rest at Saddle Hut and continue down to the Mariakamba Hut. 3 meals included. Read more

DAY 5
Mariakamba - Momela Gate –
We take a short and fast descent way through open grassland and mixed forest, with possibility of seeing wildlife before reaching Momela Gate in the late morning. From the gate you will be driven back to Arusha town to Outpost lodge for your overnight. Lunch and dinner included.

DAY 6
Tarangire National Park
After breakfast you will drive to Tarangire National Park. Enjoy a game drive through the park with a picnic lunch. This park is known for its holding one of the largest elephant herds in Africa. Lions, giraffes, zebras well seen and over 500 different birds species to find. Later go to Panorama Safari Camp for your dinner and overnight. Lunch and dinner included. Lake Manyara
After breakfast you will drive to Lake Manyara. Enjoy a game drive in the park with a picnic lunch. Lake Manyara is best known for its rich variety of bird life and tree climbing lion. Elephants, monkeys, flamingos, pelicans, cormorants and storks, to mention a few also visible in Manyara. Later you will drive to Jambo Rooms in Karatu for your dinner and overnight. 3 meals included. Read more

DAY 8
Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast drive to Ngorongoro Crater for a half day game drive inside the crater. This is the best place in Tanzania to see black rhino as well as prides of lion that include the magnificent black-manned males. There are lots of colorful flamingoes and a variety of water birds. Other game that you can see includes leopard, cheetah, hyena, other members of the antelope family, and small mammals. Later drive back to Karatu or Arusha and end your journey with us.
